Register Here (Step 1)

Steps for Registration (Renaissance Academy students only):

  1. Submit the UCC Registration Form now (includes Commitment Contract & Parent Volunteer Form) using the button on this page

  2. If registering before August 1st, pay the $50 tuition deposit via Venmo to Conexa Youth Choirs (QR code below) and plan to pay the remaining balance through Renaissance Academy after Back to School night.

  3. Submit Renaissance's after-school program registration form (linked below) and pay tuition through Renaissance Academy
